Black is one of the hardest colours to achieve, and Super Black by Cake Flora is an intense gel food colour made for it. Use it for clean outlines, lettering and dramatic contrast on modern cakes.

How to use: Add colour a little at a time with a toothpick or clean knife and mix well. Colours deepen as they stand, so allow a few minutes before adding more.
