How to order

Add your products to the cart and click Check Out. Then choose how you want to get your order.

1. Door to door courier

At checkout choose Ship, then "Door to door courier - quoted after review". Payment shows "Pay on courier quote". You pay nothing at checkout.

We check your order and find the best courier and packaging for it. We then email you a quote including the courier fee, with a secure payment link. This takes 10 minutes to 3 hours during processing hours.

Your order is packed once payment is received. Delivery takes 2 to 3 business days once despatched.

2. Collect in store or own courier

At checkout choose Pickup and pay by card or bank deposit. We let you know when your order is ready.

Collect from Glendower Place Shopping Centre, 99 Linksfield Road, Edenvale, Johannesburg, or send an Uber, Bolt or your own courier.

3. Pudo locker

At checkout choose Pickup and pay by card or bank deposit. We let you know when your order is in the Pudo locker in our shop, then you book and pay your own Pudo collection.
