Shipping and Collection Options

Please note: online orders are only processed Monday to Friday, 09h00 to 16h30 (excluding public holidays).

Door to Door Courier (allow 2 to 3 business days once despatched)

Due to the nature of some of the products we stock, door to door courier fees are only calculated once your order has been submitted and we have personally reviewed your request.

Why We Do This

The products we stock range from light and bulky to fragile and delicate, and some may require special packaging and care.

We cross-check various courier and packaging options to get the most efficient and economical courier rate for your needs.

What Happens Next

At checkout, select "Door to door courier - quoted after review" and the "Pay on courier quote" payment option. You do not pay anything at checkout.

Once we have received your order we will start the approval process for your request. This can take as little as 10 minutes or up to 3 hours. If your order is urgent, send us a WhatsApp on 064 200 5522 or call us on 011 453 8160 and we will try to speed things up.

We will then send you a final quote, including courier fees, along with a secure payment link through our trusted payment portal.

NB: your order is not packed or reserved until payment is received.

Stock Availability

All products are subject to availability. If an item you have ordered is low on stock or unavailable, we will contact you directly before processing your order.

Collect in Store or Own Collection Arrangements

Select this option if you would like to collect your items from our Edenvale store at 99 Linksfield Road, Edenvale, Johannesburg. This option also applies to Uber, Bolt, your own courier or Pudo locker collections. For Pudo, we let you know when your order is in the Pudo locker in our shop, then you book and pay your own Pudo collection.

At checkout, select "Pickup"  and pay by card or by bank deposit (EFT).

Once we receive your order, we will pick, pack and prepare your parcel and let you know when it is ready to collect.
