This black non-stick springform tin has a release clasp that opens the sides, so cheesecakes, mousse cakes and layered desserts come out cleanly without flipping. Choose from four sizes to suit anything from a small torte to a large party cheesecake.

How to use: Lightly grease the base and sides, secure the base tightly and place the tin on a baking tray before filling. Let the cake cool completely before releasing the clasp. Hand wash only and dry thoroughly.
