Silver edible lustre by Barco brings a cool metallic shine to winter wonderland cakes, silver anniversaries, galaxy designs and chocolates. It is edible and can be used directly on your bakes. Layer it over coloured fondant for extra depth.

How to use: Dry-brush onto dry fondant, gum paste or chocolate for a soft sheen, or mix with a few drops of alcohol or lemon extract to paint on a metallic finish.
