Add graceful movement to cake designs with this swirl silicone mould, which offers both long and round swirl shapes. Use them to frame names, edge tiers or decorate cupcakes. Make the decorations ahead of time and store them in a dry box until the cake is ready.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
