Everything you need for a large sugar sunflower in one silicone mould set. Create cheerful blooms for birthdays, thank you cakes, autumn bakes and country style weddings.

  • All the pieces to make a large sunflower
  • Sizes: main petal 85x50mm, smaller petal 57x21mm, flower centre 33x33mm
  • Use with fondant, gum paste or chocolate

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
