Brighten up cakes with sunny flowers made in this sunflower silicone mould. They suit autumn celebrations, garden parties, farm themes and rustic wedding cakes. The flexible platinum cured silicone lets you pop out each piece without tearing the detail.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
