Add scrollwork to cakes with this medium scroll silicone mould. It has two scroll pieces, ideal for trimming tiers, framing monograms and finishing wedding and formal cakes.

  • Use with fondant, gum paste or chocolate

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
