Finish your sugar roses properly with this rose leaf silicone mould. It presses natural looking leaves in fondant or gum paste, ready to tuck around flowers on wedding, anniversary and birthday cakes. Made from platinum cured silicone, it flexes easily so fine detail releases cleanly.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
