Make elegant medium roses for wedding cakes, anniversary bakes and birthday designs. Moulded roses are quicker than hand-shaped ones, which helps with larger orders.

  • Use with fondant, gum paste or chocolate

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
