Build cupcake bouquets and rose cascades with this rose silicone mould. The detail shows best in gum paste that has firmed slightly before release. The mould is made from flexible platinum cured silicone, so even fine detail releases cleanly.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
