The poinsettia is the classic Christmas flower. Use this mould to decorate Christmas cakes, festive cupcakes and holiday cookies in rich reds and greens. Made from platinum cured silicone, it is reusable and easy to wash after each project.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
