Make cymbidium orchids without cutting and veining every petal by hand. These elegant flowers suit wedding cakes, anniversary cakes and sophisticated floral designs. The mould is made from flexible platinum cured silicone, so even fine detail releases cleanly.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
