Make two small roses at a time with this silicone mould. They are just right for cupcake toppers, cascades down a tiered cake or delicate floral trims on cookies. The mould is made from flexible platinum cured silicone, so even fine detail releases cleanly.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, press fondant, gum paste or chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Flex gently to release. For sharper detail, let the paste firm up or chill briefly. Wash and dry after use.
