Make chocolate slabs with a pretty rose design. Plain or filled, they are ideal for Mother's Day, bridal shower favours and elegant wrapped gifts. Use it with compound chocolate for easy results without tempering, or with couverture for a premium finish.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate, tap to release air bubbles and leave to set until firm. Gently release the chocolates, then wash and dry the mould after use.
