Say it with a chocolate rose on a stick. The CD33 mould is lovely for Mother's Day, anniversaries and thank you gifts, especially in pink or red coloured white chocolate. Once set, the chocolates release cleanly and hold their detail, ready to package or place on a cake.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate and tap to release air bubbles. While the chocolate is still soft, lay a lollipop stick into the groove made for it and give it a gentle turn so it is coated in chocolate. Leave to set until firm, then gently release the lollipops and wash and dry the mould after use.
