Premium white plastic icing, also known as fondant, ready to use for covering cakes, modelling decorations and smooth finishes. Its clean white colour works as-is for wedding cakes or can be tinted with gel colours to any shade.

How to use: Knead until smooth and pliable, then roll out on a surface lightly dusted with cornflour. Keep unused icing tightly wrapped so it does not dry out.
