The poinsettia is the classic Christmas flower, and this mould makes festive fondant or gum paste versions for Christmas cakes, cupcakes and puddings. Colour them red with a touch of gold for a traditional look.

How to use: Lightly dust the mould, then press fondant, gum paste or modelling chocolate firmly into the detail and smooth the back. Ease the piece out gently, letting delicate pieces firm up first. Wash and dry after use.
