All ten digits in one chocolate mould. Make chocolate numbers to show a birthday age, an anniversary year or a date on cakes, cupcakes and gift boxes. Use it with compound chocolate for easy results without tempering, or with couverture for a premium finish.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate, tap to release air bubbles and leave to set until firm. Gently release the chocolates, then wash and dry the mould after use.
