The No. 362 nozzle is a small-medium French star tip with finely cut teeth for crisp, deeply grooved designs on cakes, cupcakes and biscuits.

How to use: Fit the nozzle into a piping bag, fill no more than two-thirds with stiff buttercream and pipe with steady pressure. Hold the bag straight for stars and rosettes, and at an angle for shells.
