The No. 35 nozzle is a closed star tip for bold stars, swirls, shells and borders in buttercream or royal icing.

How to use: Fit the nozzle into a piping bag, fill no more than two-thirds with stiff buttercream and pipe with steady pressure. Hold the bag straight for stars and rosettes, and at an angle for shells.
