The No. 15 nozzle is an open star tip for neat stars, shells and borders, and for finishing mini cupcakes.

How to use: Fit the nozzle into a piping bag, fill no more than two-thirds with stiff buttercream and pipe with steady pressure. Hold the bag straight for stars and rosettes, and at an angle for shells.
