The removable base on this round aluminium tin lets you lift out cheesecakes, tortes and delicate bakes without turning them upside down, giving neat, clean edges. A practical tin for baked cheesecakes, which are too soft to flip out of a regular tin.

How to use: Lightly grease the base and sides and line if needed. Place the tin on a baking tray to catch leaks, bake as per your recipe and let it cool before lifting the tin away from the base. Wash in warm soapy water and dry well.
