Letters F to J for personalising cupcakes, cakes and chocolate gift tags. Use them with the A to E and K to O moulds to build names and short words. Make a batch ahead of time and store the chocolates in a cool, dry place until the big day.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate, tap to release air bubbles and leave to set until firm. Gently release the chocolates, then wash and dry the mould after use.
