Holiday Red gel food colour by Cake Flora gives a festive red for Christmas cakes, Valentine's treats and celebration bakes. Gel colours are concentrated, so a little goes a long way in buttercream, fondant, royal icing and cake batter.

Add the colour a little at a time with a toothpick and let it develop, as red deepens as it stands. It is ideal for Christmas cakes, red velvet and Valentine's treats.
