Chocolate hearts on sticks are easy to hand out and fun to eat. Use this mould for Valentine's lollipops, standing cake toppers and wedding table decorations. It works with milk, dark, white or compound chocolate, so you can match any colour scheme.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate and tap to release air bubbles. While the chocolate is still soft, lay a lollipop stick into the groove made for it and give it a gentle turn so it is coated in chocolate. Leave to set until firm, then gently release the lollipops and wash and dry the mould after use.
