Top a birthday cake with a chocolate fire engine made in the TRA007 fire truck mould, or make a few extra for party favours and lunchbox treats. Use milk, dark or white chocolate, or compound chocolate if you prefer to skip tempering.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate, tap to release air bubbles and leave to set until firm. Gently release the chocolates, then wash and dry the mould after use.
