Egg Yellow gel colour by Cake Flora gives a warm, yolk-yellow shade for sunny themes. It is also useful for giving sponge batters and custard-style fillings a richer golden look.

How to use: Add colour a little at a time with a toothpick or clean knife and mix well. Colours deepen as they stand, so allow a few minutes before adding more.
