Make chocolate Easter egg lollipops with this egg on stick mould. They look great standing in an Easter cake, bundled in a jar or handed out as party favours. Use milk, dark or white chocolate, or compound chocolate if you prefer to skip tempering.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate and tap to release air bubbles. While the chocolate is still soft, lay a lollipop stick into the groove made for it and give it a gentle turn so it is coated in chocolate. Leave to set until firm, then gently release the lollipops and wash and dry the mould after use.
