Chilli flavouring oil adds a gentle heat to chocolate cakes, brownies, truffles and hot chocolate treats. Chilli and chocolate make a bold pairing, but use it very sparingly as it builds quickly. It blends easily into cake batters, icings, fillings and chocolate work.
