Make cherub chocolate lollipops for Valentine's Day with this on stick mould. Tie them with ribbon as wedding favours, or bunch several together as a chocolate bouquet. It works with milk, dark or white chocolate.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate and tap to release air bubbles. While the chocolate is still soft, lay a lollipop stick into the groove made for it and give it a gentle turn so it is coated in chocolate. Leave to set until firm, then gently release the lollipops and wash and dry the mould after use.
