Colour chocolate, candy melts and cocoa butter blue with this Barco oil soluble powder. It blends into fat-based mixes without seizing, making it a good choice for sea, sky and boys' party chocolates and cake pops.

  • For chocolate, candy melts and cocoa butter
  • Red Label pigment-based colour, also suits white chocolate, batters and dry mixes
  • Shade: blue, for sea and sky themes

How to use: Add a small amount to melted chocolate, candy melts or cocoa butter and stir until evenly coloured, building up to the shade you want. As a Red Label colour it can also be dry-brushed on as a dust, or mixed with a little lemon extract to paint onto fondant and chocolate.
