This bird chocolate mould is lovely for Mother's Day, high teas and spring gift boxes. Tint white chocolate in soft colours for a pretty finish. Use milk, dark or white chocolate, or choose compound chocolate for an easy finish that needs no tempering.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Pour in melted chocolate, tap to release air bubbles and leave to set until firm. Gently release the chocolates, then wash and dry the mould after use.
