Make teddy bear chocolate lollies in batches for school fairs, market days and big kids' parties. Wrap them in cellophane for a neat grab and go treat. Make a batch ahead of the party, then store the chocolates in a cool, dry place until needed.

How to use: Make sure the mould is clean and dry. Fill the cavities with melted chocolate, lay a lollipop stick into each stick channel and turn it to coat, then tap out air bubbles and leave to set until firm. Release gently, then wash and dry the mould after use.
